Fresh Witch of Bill Air, re: the events of lastvoyages

Now this is a story all about how
My life got flipped-turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute
Just sit there still
I'll tell you how I made a deal with the creature called Bill

In the middle of a flood, the ship it was crazed
I couldn’t recall a single one of my days
The Admiral’s pranks, they can sometimes be cruel
‘Cause without my memories I was really a fool.
When all of a sudden, my magic unchecked
Started shooting lightning over the deck
Bill offered his help and I was so scared
He said I’ll owe him a favor, and that’s only fair.

I thought it ended with the flood, nothing owed
But he managed to possess my friend Horatio
Bill sent me a message, then began with his threats
“I’ll make you murder someone if you don’t pay your debts.”

Since then, I’m never alone
Till Alan went and sent this green monkey home
He’ll turn into a ward if I ever need help
Wait, I’m ahead of myself.

And then I found out he had a deal with my inmate
Was I supposed to leave Erskine to his fate?
I don't think so
He says that Bill stabbed him
I hope Bill’s prepared ’cause his fate’s looking grim

Well, I was working at a library shelf
There was a book with Bill’s mark, he’s so full of himself
I was trying to rub it out
When he got there
I flinched then fixed him hard with a stare

I called up my magic and enhanced my sight
Magnified the details - he glowed silver and bright
I started to understand like I knew that I must
But I saw too much and
Dissolved into dust

I woke up in an infirmary bed
And I said to Jesse, "You know, I musta been dead."
I recorded a message
Despite feeling quite ill
To warn the whole ship ‘bout that creature called Bill
