It's not the one you and I know. This one comes from somewhere he's been able to keep his powers, and I need to contain him before he destroys a universe. The device I've designed to do it requires focusing nodes to be placed around him. I can hold him off, but I'll need as many people as possible to retrieve the nodes from where I've hidden them and form a circle around us. When you do, the device will activate, and he'll be trapped inside.

I know that doing this AND making the device in the first place is the exact opposite of the advice you gave me, but I'd appreciate saving that subject for later.

Yes, it's an omnispectrum spectral containment unit. Think Phantom Bust-ifiers, but with more of Tesla's influence. Get the node from the New York Public Library. It'll be inside one of Thomas Edison's obnoxiously biased biographies. Steph will be tracking me -- get my location from her.

Remember: this Bill CAN see you at all times. I'll do my best to keep his attention on me, but don't give away that I'm not acting alone until the last possible instant.

I have no idea what Phantom Bust-ifiers is, but I'll take your word for that.

Sending me to a library isn't at all suspicious. Good idea. [Because Tris is aware that she's very predictable.]

I'll head over there as soon as I leave my dog at the hotel. She shouldn't be underfoot while we deal with Bill.
